MTV’s Hollywood Crush blog has a new article today that reveals Harry Potter 1 and 2 director Chris Columbus checked out the Twilight script at one point: Looking at the “Twilight” that could have been, MTV News has learned that two-time “Harry Potter” director Chris Columbus took a glance at the script at the beginning of the adaptation process.
“I guess I did read a script early on,” says the director, who most recently helmed “I Love You, Beth Cooper.”“But I was doing something else.”
